The information on this Website is provided as general information and is not doctors’ or heath professional advice nor intends to replace it in anyway. People participating should always consult their physician or health professional before beginning any routine that includes physical movement or exercise. We respect your privacy and follow the principles of PIPEDA in the collection of Personal Information from you on our Website.

User Communication 

The Website may contain chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, comment sections or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group.  

Anyone or entity accessing these areas will agree that when using features, if available, of the Website that allow for communication, there will be no defamation, abusing, harassment, stalking, threatening or otherwise violating the legal rights of others.  

Anyone or entity will not publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any information including but not limited to, inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information, or uploading files unless you or the entity have received all necessary consents. No consent will be by the Company given for the use of any harmful, hateful or abusive misinformation at any time.

You agree not to advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, or harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without the consent of Working for Wellness or personal information, nor violate any applicable laws or regulations.

The Company has no obligation to monitor the user communications but reserves the right to review materials posted to any group chats or communication involving Working for Wellness and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the user communication services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable laws.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

There are no refunds for purchases under the membership. For any contract up to or past 60 days, there must be 60 days notice prior to the next payment to a company if you are participating as a member at a reduced rate with your company or employer.

Changes to the Terms Of Use

 We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Jurisdiction 

Any Contract between the (“Name of Organization”) and Working for Wellness, shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario in any proceeding related to a Contract by reading and signing the Contract between the (“Name of Organization”) and Working for Wellness and acknowledging the Contract and Terms of Use implied through signing the Contract.
