Liz owned a yoga studio for a number of years, and her teaching has evolved as a result of the influence of great teachers she has trained under and her participation in hundreds and hundreds of classes taught by her outstanding teachers.
Liz is committed to ongoing learning and has completed hundreds of hours of teacher training, specializing in how the brain impacts our movement and mental health and how to incorporate this into yoga to make you healthier and happier.
Liz’s yoga has also evolved over the years as she has matured both mentally and physically. Her classes are mindful, balanced and promote mobility and flexibility for longer term health benefits.
