"Liz and her staff are amazing. It’s the go to "place" for all things yoga and relaxation. Something we need so much right now in our current environment."

Laura A., CEO

“Working for Wellness founder, Liz MacLennan, spoke to our membership on the topic of “Yoga and Resilience.” Our participants rated the presentation as excellent. She was both knowledgeable on her topic and engaging in her presentation, which included a guided meditation and a desk yoga session. Liz’s remarks were also highly tailored to our audience of human resource professionals. I am pleased to recommend her as a speaker.”

Michelle Mackenzie, Executive Director
Ontario Municipal Human Resources Association (OMHRA)

“We worked with Liz from Working for Wellness on a client yoga event and couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. She was so easy to communicate with and helped us organize what I hope will be a new yearly tradition for our team and our clients. Our clients were raving about the class for weeks after and I know they'll be looking forward to the next one!”
